colon cancer survivor and pregnant

So I'm a stage 3 colon cancer survivor I ended my last chemo session in June of this year...and Monday I found out I'm PREGNANT!! After losing my other baby at the beginning of this year due to my sickness I'm really scared cause this is the same time last year I got sick and was pregnant....I go this Friday to my chemo doctor to talk to him and see if I'm able to keep my baby or not since my cancer can come back at anytime....I'm praying I can I'm so worried
