Bellybutton ring?

Question

When did you change out your bellybutton ring while pregnant? 
I plan on switching to a pregnancy sport one. It's smaller than the normal pregnancy ones but like twice the length of a normal one.

I took mine out when I found out I was preggo with my first. Still looks pierced (10 years later) and I got a stretch mark between the top and bottom hole lol. But hey, that's the only one I got lol

I got the long pastic ones that I can cut to the length I want. Much cheaper too lol. With my first, I had to switch, I believe, 18 weeks. With this pregnancy, only 16 weeks, and I haven't had to switch yet. Though I will say, I waited very last minute with my first, it was actually bleeding, and it hurt real bad. I finally found the long plastic ones that weren't 20 dollars a ring. Only paid $5 for my pearl looking one, and $3 for my clearish purple one.

I took mine out at soon as I started showing. It made a funny bump under my shirts. Hole is still there though. 😊

With my second pregnancy I got the maternity belly button rings but I had to take it out since my belly button turns into an outty. I took mine out and left it with pregnancy 3 and as soon as I got home from the hospital I put it back in. Did the same with pregnancy 4 and I'll do the same with this pregnancy. It almost seems like the older I get (23) belly button rings are for teens.

I have to right away because my skin gets irritated with the metal one during pregnancy. I took it out last pregnancy(miscarriage) and it started closing which really sucked so I switched to a maternity one right away this time :) they have cute ones online

I decided to take mine out all together a little bit before we started trying. I still have the hole but I don't keep anything in it.
