please someone help

Took a few hpt all bfn been spotting period was suppose to be here nov 3rd NEVER LATE !!!!  Went to the doctors today another negative pee test they took blood.. I would be 5weeks 6 days if they calculate from my lmp but on 3 weeks 6 days fetal age !!! HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE WHAT WERE THE RESULTS .. I only get the pink spotting when wiping look like I have blood wanting to come but won't it's like little strings of blood HELP HELP HELP PLEASE HELP
