The pain is so bad!! 😭 19 weeks. Please help!!!

My left hip hurts so bad I can barely walk. I cant sleep comfortable anymore without it hurting anyway I lay. I cant move certain ways at all because the pain is so bad. It puts me in tears. If I lay on my back it shoots pain up my back on the left side. Any suggestions on why this is happening besides that my body is changing obviously?! It hurts so bad this can't be right :( Im 19 weeks with my first.
