Weird question about time of day affecting conception.

I know that an egg will hang around for about a day or less and that sperm can live for almost a week or a week max inside a woman but for example.. If you released an egg early in the morning between 1-6 am then had sex a few hours before or early hours that day, would that help you conceive? I read somewhere recently that a woman had sex in the mornings which helped her in getting pregnant.. so I'm curious
