Going Crazy

I'm 11dpo and testing BFN (I know it's early). On 6dpo I had sharp tugging pains on the right side of my pelvis for most of the day. I've been feeling cramps that do not feel like AF cramps along with twinges, buzzing, and just a general feeling of something going on in there. I also had evening nausea last night even though I was starving. Any thoughts? I really don't see how this can all be in my head.
