My baby will only go to bed on the boob

I need some help ladies! During the day my baby is fine and can be rocked to sleep or soothes herself with a paci. But at night the only thing that gets her to fall asleep is breast feeding and as soon as I take the boob away she wakes back up. I put it back in, she sucks for a bit and  falls asleep and then as soon as I take it out she wakes back up. And so on and so on, it's a vicious cycle. Any tips for breaking her of this habit? It's tiring for both of us!
