Comments lead to insecurities and depression

When a woman is pregnant or gives birth the way you talk about her and treat her can make her power through and be strong. She feels happy, proud , appreciated , loved , wanted , sexy etc.    when a woman gives birth and you say your belly is still looking pregnant, your boobs sag now they didn't before! Damn you look tired you need to sleep (yes I know but how can I) I hate that inlaws and some family mention things every time they see u.   I hate that my grandma stares at my belly while preg and now after. Yes I'm still looking 6 months since I'm only 3 weeks pp o had a csection. I'm not clear yet. I'm breastfeeding and yes I get hungry 😩 but I'm eating as healthy as I can. I'm human give me a ice cream bar sometimes!!!! No my baby isn't spoiled she just needs.   All your advice is overwhelming 🙄 Critical comments do more harm than good
