HEEELLP

Okay. I had cramps for a half an hour. The kind that you swear you're going to die. If not worse. So then I went to the bathroom to pee. AND THEN THIS HAPPENED. I GAVE BIRTH TO THIS THING!! Literally screamed in the bathroom at work. Nice of me. Anyway IT'S LIKE SKIN!! LIKE FLABBY SKIN AND BLOOD THAT HURT LIKE A BITCH!!! Can anyone tell me what this is? Or what it could be?

Sidenote: I just restarted Birth control after how many years because I've always had trouble with periods. Yes I know i should go see whoever at the doctors. But just help. I'm freaking out!!!!!
