Pregnancy Fears?!

So this is my first pregnancy.... does anyone ever fear having a miscarriage?? If so how do you deal?!

Yes. I'm only 4 weeks 2 days and it scares me a lot. Every day that goes by I feel a little better. Just remind myself to have faith and that everything happens for a reason.

That was one of my biggest fears especially before I got to feel baby kicks. I would speak life n positivity into my pregnancy and tell myself that everything would work out in my favor at night so I wouldn't have crazy nightmares. I would write in a journal of all of my fears to get them out into the universe n not hold them in. Also I bought a fetal Doppler at 13weeks that got me thru majority of my pregnancy. I'm currently 33weeks n if still birth comes to mind I write it out n throw it away, it helps for me personally

This is my first pregnancy too. And even at 27 weeks I'm still nervous. I think it's normal. But we just have to try not to worry so much.  It's gonna drive us crazy girl lol

my first too and I've been on edge about everything. miscarriage, preterm birth, still birth, literally everything you could think of. I'm 35 weeks now and baby moves all the time so it's a easier to get past the anxiety.

Yes! I will be 4 weeks tomorrow, and it's so hard not to think that way. But trying to stay positive! I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling this way!
