nose gets bigger ?

I just met one of my boyfriend's aunts and before I can even say anything she asked if I was pregnant and I was like yeaaa. and she said I can tell by ya nose and ya just glowing. lol I'm sick right now so I don't see how I'm glowing . but I never heard of someone being able to tell ya pregnant by ya nose ? lol does it get bigger or something ? have yall heard anything like that ?
