allergies while pregnant?

I just found out I am pregnant 3+5 and I am having the worst allergies is there anything I can do or am I just going to have to deal with it?

I have allergies too. 
You can take diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
Loratidine (Claritin) & cetirizine (Zyrtec).

I had allergys wen I was pregnant I would take meds ( but didn't knw I was pregnant)  until I was 4 months I found out I was pregnant but during the first month's I would get really really bad allergys and I just stop taking meds ..and I will deal with it ..but if u haven't taken anything of meds Chek with ur doctor..I stopped taking meds cuz i had alredy taking a lot for pain for allergys nausea etc..( just for my baby's health i stopped )... I am a ftm.
