Have you ever been in a relationship where at first, he seemed really excited by you, and put an effort into planning and doing things for you, and then a few months into the relationship, he seemed to make no effort at all? Did your relationship survive?

Lol Ok, kindaaa happened to me but in different areas. It happens because he's already done everything to get you. Now you just ride the real wave and how he really is. I'd definitely bring it up and mention how you loved when he did those things and ask why doesn't he now.

Relationships go in cycles and most times guys reel you in so you can let your guard down and they can see if they like you. The real you. I don't think they know that they do it. It's just a frustrating thing that most guys do. They reel you in and start falling back. The best way to combat the behavior is to mimick it. When they fall back, give them space and freedom but let them know you miss him without being a nag. He'll gradually come around more and more if he's genuinely interested. If not, then keep it moving.

It depends on the guy and your relationship. I've dated guys who will end up doing nothing and than fights happen and relationship falls apart. The guy im with now though handles his business and works with me through it.
