From what moment a baby has a good chance to survive with early delivery?

When is the baby in a 'safe zone' to be born? How many weeks? I don't speak about the youngest baby that survived, I speak about what is medically accepted around hospitals in the world to have big chance of making it.

Baby arrived at 30w.  Baby stayed in NICU for 2 months.  She's now a year and a half and doing great :)
