Please help!!!

So I had my period no pain no cramps no boon pain normally I do pain is of the chart and boob pain is ridiculous never had it this time took two test before was due as was 4 days late bfn and just come of yesterday and today I've had pink discharge n spotting had cravings for sweets n nver rarely eat sweets and smell things quicker probabaly nothing just need some advice probably thinking to much in to it !!!
