Opinions please (long post)

We have booked our wedding for 2nd September 2017. If iv fell pregnant this month I will have baby 4weeks b4 wedding as il be having an elective c section. I will diet sensibly throughout pregnancy so haven't much to lose for wedding. If I fell pregnant next month I would be due 4days after wedding. Would you avoid pregnancy next month n for few month after or just go with flow and see what happens?
