Belly Band

Has anyone else started wearing a belly band? I have been having terrible round ligament pain, and sciatic nerve pain where my left leg threatens to give out sometimes when I try to put weight on it. Hip and pelvic pain as well. I am worried about what the next 3 months is going to bring since I am not even that big yet. In desperate need of a fix and wondering if anyone had had luck with these??
