So who here knows their laws?

NOTICE: This post is about probation, the violation thereof, and what'll happen to those who help the parolee violate. Google has failed me, so I hope you guys can help.
So, long story short: the person my in laws have allowed to stay over is violating his parole by not being in the county he's supposed to. I live with my in laws currently, as I cannot move out until the new year, but I didn't know about this man being on parole until they loudly talked about it in the living room (forgetting I was in the other room). Usually I wouldn't give a damn what they do, but it's different when there are laws being broken - especially if I'm involved. 
So, if he were to get caught, would those housing him get in trouble? I'm eight months pregnant, and if I were to lose my child or anything due to this ignorance, I'd be livid. So is there anyway I can be made aware of the consequences I CAN suffer from being in the same house as someone violating their parole? And overall, should I report it or just let it go?

Unless he is a fugitive he is the only one that will get in trouble. All they will do is violate him.

I have a friend that is a parole officer, this is not legal advice. Unless this guy is evading his PO and not reporting it's unlikely they would ever know that he stays there. If law enforcement were to show up and question you, just tell them it's not your house and didn't know. It is very highly unlikely they would care much about your presence unless there is other illegal activity going on in the house.

I could be wrong, but I would think that the people who own the house are ones who would get in trouble. If authorities ask you about anything, just say that no one ever informed you that he was on parole, and/or you didn't know. They should've let you know prior to you moving in/him moving in. Or let them know that you just found out, but didn't know what you were supposed to do. Make sure they know that the owners of the house, or anyone else, never informed you, though.

Let it go, leave it alone, not your business. 
I notice you stated you are staying at someone else's house? So, they are aware of this person, he clearly isn't hurting anybody or making any trouble--honestly, let it go. If you are severely uncomfortable with that other person and seriously fear for the safety of your child, you should make other housing arrangements immediately. Otherwise, stay out of it, especially if he is not bothering you or your belongings, and especially because it is not your home--or rather--you don't own it. 
Additionally, living outside of the county where you are paroled is not exactly the biggest probation violation. It is minor, and as long as the parolee is staying in line and within legality, not much would be done, even if the court were to find out. 
Bottom line is, sometimes when you live with other people instead of on your own, you have to make sacrifices, pregnant or not.

I bet your in laws would get in trouble first. Depends im sure. I wouldn't risk it though....sounds like rock and hard place. If you tell I wouldn't tell your in laws cuz then maybe they'd kick you out
