It is!! No bottles with milk at night and try one of those silicone finger brushes to get your babe used to brushing before they realize what's happening and refuse. They have fluoride free kids paste since they can't spit it out. I think I would get an unflavored one since I don't want to introduce a sweet flavor so young. (Registered dental hygienist-not just a googler)

Definitely a tooth! Congrats! How old? My little guy will be 4 months tomorrow, and he has had some pretty awful teething symptoms! :(

My daughter is almost 4.5 months and she's teething bad! I don't see any teeth coming through yet, but boy it's early. My son got his first tooth at 6 months , but I don't remember him teething this early!

I feel your pain looks like a tooth to me. My LO got 2 on the bottom now she's working 2 on the top (good Lord much worse) and she's just reached 4 months.
