anyone from Wilmington, nc?

I'm trying to spot locations to open a business, & I'd like input. For now I've just been looking at places to buy/rent, but it hit me that I also need to know other demographics. Like income, interest, traffic, parking, etc. It's a copartnership with a tattoo artist who will hire a few more, and I'm going to offer microblading & cosmetic/medical tattooing. I've been down there a few times, but I still don't know the area all that well. Hopefully someone can give input before I break down and get a realtor 😅
