Periods after Miscarriage

This is my second cycle after my D&C and I am literally throwing up from pain and just moaning like a whale. I seriously can not handle the pain. To begin with I've always had heavy, painful periods but nothing excruciating like it is now. I was warned by my OB that my first cycle would be abnormal but the second cycle should regulate. I was wondering if anyone else noticed a complete change in their periods and if this is possibly the "new" me. Im planning on making an appointment with my OB but Id love to hear any thoughts on this 😭
