Cortisone Shots and Fertility

I have really bad allergies, to the extent that I've had to leave work because I couldn't stop sneezing or I can't even relax at home without being miserable. My husband wants me to try a cortisone shot because that worked well for him and his father and he thinks it would work well for me. But we are also trying to conceive, does anyone know if the cortisone shots would affect this?
