Yeast infection or something else..?

Has anyone ever had a yeast infection WITHOUT the usual itching and burning? I've had quit a bit of discharge the last few weeks, more than usual...and a slight odor, but not exactly a fishy smell...just not normal, especially during sex. Also has anyone ever taken those monistat yeast infection tests they sell in stores? Thanks!
