Hello ladies, just thought I'd join and that I qualify to be a member here. I have a son who is 10 in March, I had him early when I was 17years old.
His dad has not been around.
Anyhow, my partner and I have been TTC and in January 2014 I found out I was pregnant unfortunately I was diagnosed with a ruptured ectopic. I lost my baby and left tube.
We continued to try to conceive as was told everything looked normal (uterus/ovaries/remaining tube) no signs of scarring or adhesions and was told STDs were unlikely causes and was just bad luck.
Well in October 2014 I had another hpt but on the 10th November was rushed to A&E for another ectopic. This time baby attached to the stump of the left tube. During surgery I lost my baby and they removed the stump.
I tested for STD even though the doc said unlikely and it came back positive for chlamydia :( completely unknown to me as had no symptoms or pain.
I am now awaiting a consultation at hospital where we may discuss a HSG test to check remaining tube. I'm terrified I may never get to experience carrying another child again
