restrictions lifted, Im ready to walk!
I've been on bedrest for about 4 and a half weeks but my doctor has lifted restrictions which I'm thankful for. I want to start walking and I'm shooting for 2 miles a day or every other day. I saw it gets painful but pushing through the pain will help is what I was told but I have questions:
1. Is that too much walking?
2. Is it better to walk up a hill or incline? Or should I stick to the track and just do my 8 laps?
3. How much walking helped bring labor?
