losing weight
Okay , so I'm trying to lose weight I was about 137.6 and drop down to 130.2 that's what I was yesterday but now I get on a scale today and I'm 131.4. How ? I didn't eat anything bad my goal is 1,000 but yesterday my calorie count was about 95 remaining. So why did it go up? Wtf? Please help . Like I don't understand I didn't eat anything bad
