Am I pregnant?

I swear I just "feel" different. I have a tight adominal pain almost like pinching and I feel strange. I'm almost having hunger pains but I'm not hungry. I also am spotting and I have 2 weeks until I should be starting my period so that very strange. My husband and I had unprotected sex 4 days ago..are these early signs?

It would be to early to tell. Implantation doesn't occur until 6-12DPO. Sounds like ovulation that you're experiencing if your period is still two weeks away

I know when I was ttc I wanted it to happen so bad that I swear I had all of the pregnancy signs. I finally gave up and ended up pregnant. But all of the signs were just like I was going to start my period. Its hard to tell. All you can do it wait until time to take the test. Good luck!
