post surgery agony

So 5 days ago i got my tonsils out i have lost 8 pounds since i can barley take down jello and water i keep chocking on my own puss/scabs its awful i cant eat any fruit cause acid no dairy so no ive cream or yogurt im on hydrocodone every 4 hours they are now gunna put me on oxycodone im in so mich pain i wake myself up snoring and gagging  on my own thick oozy saliva  every time i swallow spit it feels like im running lemon juice over raw skin that was just power washed to death. i have been in bed 24/7 minus bathroom with assistenve im so dizzy and advice please
