Need lady help!

Hey everyone!

Just need some insight if anybody knows what is going on with me!

2 months ago I started my period 3-4 days early, last month 8 days before my period I had some slight bleeding /spotting for about an hour and it never happened again.... My period then came about 4 days late, I thought perhaps I was pregnant so I tested and it was negative and then I started my period! Also my ovaries have been cramping constantly.... Now this month I am having really bad ovary cramps, its 2 days after ovulation and 11 days before my period is ( supposedly) going to start and again I have had some slight bleeding / spotting for an hour and nothing since! Also ovary cramps today.

Also having a overload of discharge at the moment, really thick white/ yellow discharge the past week ( more the past few days) I'm also extremely swollen down there.... ( I don't am clean for stds and I haven't had sex since last months ovulation.
