I found out I was pregnant (first time) in October. Everything was going great until I started spotting. I went to see a doctor only to be told that I was going through a miscarriage. They put me on bed rest and it only got worse. The bleeding got heavier and cramps were getting stronger. I decided to get more answers by contacting another doctor. He couldn't understand how my first doctor kicked me to the curb. He performed a D&C the next day, 11/1. I was going on 7 weeks...

It was the worst experience of my life. My husband and I couldn't understand why it happened. We weren't planning to start a family since we are so young, 21 to be exact. The feeling of becoming first time parents was just so amazing. In a matter of time it was all taken away from us.

My doctor suggested I keep taking my prenatal vitamins and folic acid. He also said that we could try again in 3 months. Another doctor told me it was ok to try after a month.

I got my first AF after 4 weeks of the D&C on 12/1. It was about 5 days long and very heavy. 5 weeks and 3 days have passed and no sign of my second AF. I took a pregnancy test (Clearblue Plus Pregnancy Test) but it came back as a BIG fat negative. 😕 We are so anxious to start TTC again.
