Can I make my period go away quicker?

Might be a super dumb question ... lol but I'm tired of them lasting for 7 whole days. Is there a way?

Exercise can cause your uterus to contract more, especially running, you'll have a heavier flow but my periods only last 3-4 days with a little spotting on day 4 and 5.

Try taking primrose pills and drink raspberry leaf tea.. my periods are usually about 5-6 days and when I take these it is about 3. Helps me but everyone is different . And it also helps with cramping and bloating. If I don't take those o bloat and cramp but if I do I don't get either .

Not that I know of but sometimes ibuprofen will make it a little lighter. At least for me it did.
