I wear super jumbo tampons and a regular sized pad and change the tampon every couple hours and usually the pad stays clean

I have a super heavy flow. I use the largest size tampon and a heavy flow pad. I have migraines where I lose my vision which gives me a greater risk for a stroke when added estrogen in my system, that means I can't use a method where I can skip my period. Unless it's a hormonal iud but knowing my luck that won't take my periods away. If you are able to use birth control with estrogen in it, I would it may lessen your periods or take them away altogether.

I used to have the periods from hell. I changed my diet and excersized more.. My periods slowly started getting better. Then I  took bc for 3 years now im bc free and continue the healthy life style (minus partaking in 420) my periods are actually cool just can't seem to get the cramps to subside with out bc. As far as flow goes I have one really heavy day each cycle

Have you considered birth control? It could lighten up your period quite a bit
