When should I call my doctor??

Hi I am 4 weeks 6 days today and all day I have had on and off cramping kinda like period cramps and some light brown bleeding mixed with jelly like cm...is this normal or should I call my ob??

Edit: I may not of described it very well. I'm not in bad pain it's like a light pinching pain that comes and goes and the blood has only happened once today which was very little and light brown only when I wiped.
