Feeling worried...
Probably over thinking and worrying but just been to the toilet and had the tiniest light red blood when wiped, had slight tummy ache all day but guessing that's baby growing (hopefully) Not felt any movements yet, 18 weeks 2 days. Any advice please?! This is my first baby 😕
