WHAT IS THIS ON MY BABY???

This is on her whole leg. I noticed it about 3 days ago and have been lotioning her twice a day. I'm an FTM and worried!!

My son had this. Sensitive unfragranced baby wash for baths & coconut oil/Vaseline right after helped. His pediatrician said it was just newborn rash/eczema lol she was adamant about the Vaseline. It'll clear up with time, dont fret.

Btw before start to lotion its always better to give a call to your dr. In the case of baby acne you must not put anything on it for instance or you could make things worse. Stop puting lotions and ask your doc.
