High Temperature?

My bbt is usually around 97.5 no matter what. I just took my temperature before I go to bed and it's went up to 99.0 degrees. It's usually never this high unless I'm really sick. I've also been peeing a lot today. Like I won't drink anything for a few hours and it'll suddenly hit me and if I don't get up right then then I almost pee myself.
