Help me!!!

Hi my doctor tested me three weeks ago and the blood test results were negative then tested a week later and said low but positive been trying for 8months this time, I've had the symptoms especially the nausea and expanding stomach but my temperature has dipped twice since down to 97.67 and Idk if I should worry or not? Not sure to be excited or scared that I will lose this one
