could CB dual hormone be incorrect?

CD15 I got peak but I had lotion cm and my cheap opk was not positive but close. CD16 in the evening I got a positive opk but the darkest I have ever seen, today I got the same, the test line actually showed up before the control line, could it be the CB was incorrect and I actually caught my surge last night because yesterday and today I have had watery cm along with some EWCM?
