😔 don't know what to do anymore

I'm 4.5 months pregnant & I couldn't be any more happy to be having my first child but sometimes I feel lost about everything my boyfriend (the child's father) doesn't even seem so happy about the pregnancy even though he wanted to have a family... it's like things changed with me & him he doesn't even care or treat me like I'm anything anymore I feel like I'm just some girl.. it's fucking breaking my heart & I really don't know what to do anymore I love him so much but I can't stand to be treated like this 😪
