My son is almost 4 months and he has been screaming crying today he doesn't have a fever or anything the doctor gave me some pain medication so I gave him some and that helped him sleep for about an hour can i take him to the er? All the clinics are closed so I dont know what to do and I have him a warm bath that helped for a little bit please help
