Wedding party brunch

I'm getting married soon and love the idea of having a brunch for everyone in the wedding party and parents. However, I can not decide when to have it. I'll be getting married on a Sunday evening so I need some help with what would be a convenient and realistic time frame. The ceremony would start at 5 pm. Thanks in advance for your input!
