I think it depends on why you say you ovulated yesterday....

If it's because it's the day Glow says you ovulation, you can't say how accurate that is and I would still BD.

If it's because you got a positive OPK, that means you ovulate 24-36 after the peak, so you may not have ovulated yet anyway.

If it's because you temp and you're temps rose to post ovulate levels, you're very unlikely to get pregnant since the eggs needs to be fertilized right away or it disintegrates.

My husband got back from a work trip the day after I ovulated and I got pregnant that month. Defitely worth the shot 😉
