anyone taking maca?

So I started maca on cd 1 and I was wondering if any of you ladies are taking or have taken it? Has it had a negative or positive effect ? Please  comment 😊

I started it on recommendation from my fertility acupuncturist. Can't tell if it's helping.  No bad side effects, so I figure it can't hurt.

I began taking it because it helps with anxiety and depression. I took it for over a year no issues.

It was awful for me. I would never recommend it.
