Baby shampoo for sensitive skin??

I was using parents choice baby shampoo until I heard it had bleach in it. So I switched to equate brand of Johnson and Johnson night time baby wash. A little later, she developed what I thought was diaper rash that A&D ointment was not getting rid of. Doctor recommended that I change brands of diapers and start using eczema lotion to moisturize. It started to look better but all the sudden got worse and is no longer just in the diaper area. Its basically all over. I'm thinking that its caused by the shampoo, being that the rash first started when I switched bands. Question is.... What is a good brand to use for her sensitive skin that's cheap??
