acid reflux moms help

Does anyone have a baby with acid reflux? I'm struggling over here. Her last appointment, her pediatrician said she was gaining enough weight so she wasn't concerned about the acid reflux. But it has gotten significantly worse over the past two weeks. She's choking so much. To the point where it's scaring me to sleep while she sleeps. And the gagging and spitting up is worse too. Any advice is appreciated
