What is This? Tmi picture

So I have had no symptoms of a UTI until a couple hours ago. I felt the urgency to pee and the tingly painful sensation when going pee a couple of times. Now these is pink/red on the toilet paper when I wipe. I know it is not af as it is CD 10. Also I thought UTI only causes this when it gets bad. But I have only felt the symptoms of a uti for a couple hours. Any ideas of what this is and what I should do...i hate jumping on to antibiotics every time
