already gained 7lbs..... bloating I'm guessing?

I feel terrible cause I know the baby is only a size of a raspberry but I already gained 7lbs! Wanted to cry.... specially since getting out of an abusive relationship 6 months ago.. was in that for a year and a half and gained 30 lbs..... so now continuing to see that scale go up makes me a little uneasy 😔

I've gained 7lbs also and I don't even feel like I'm eating that much!  All my clothes already don't fit me so I've just been wearing sweats but this weight is coming on way to fast.  I'm going to start doing little pregnancy safe exercises to see if that will help me feel better!

please don't focus on the scale, focus on the baby! if you're healthy and it is healthy then you're fine
