why am I so late?

Hello, I am nine days late last period was 10/22-10/30 after an our removal. I have taken multiple hpt and all negative I am currently on cd 39. Every time I ate today after I was nauseous and felt like I had something caught in my throat. My fiancé had commented that my boobs are huge right now and my nipples are crazy sensitive. Even with my mirena in I bleed every month and fairly regular. I am fairly certain that I ovulated late in the cycle somewhere around cd 25. I have had random cramping earlier in the week. I also woke up from a dead sleep this morning from a VERY vivid dream about me being pregnant with twins. I need help has anyone else had problems coming off of mirena and had something like this?
