tmi maybe... sensitive "lady"

Hey there!   So my BF and I have been together five years.   I've been on birth control the whole time but for our entire relationship I've just had him pull out to insure no accidents.   The last few months we've been talking about our future and babies however we're not trying but he's asked a few times to "go" in me.   I went with it knowing I've been consistent with my BC  but every time after he goes I have an ichy irritation kinda like a yeast infection but there's no discharge in a few days it clears up and I'm fine.  We've only had this issue when he goes inside me.  Could my lady bits be sensitive to semen? Is it normal?  Has anyone else had this problem?
