Intermittent Fasting
I've been doing this form of fasting called intermittent fasting. For a long time especially when I was starting doctors said it was bad for you but recently they said that it is actually extremely beneficial to your health. I recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight. For those of you who don't know what it is: it is a form of fasting where you skip breakfast and lunch and you eat a large AND healthy dinner.
For a long time I was insecure about my weight but I feel I'm finally on track now.
